- I assumed responsibilities as Production Manager in March 2000.
- I was responsible for coordination and operation of all production functions overseeing a staff of up to eighty persons at peak periods.
- I developed and implemented Production schedules, forecasts and spreadsheets.
- Recommended ways to reorganize manufacturing departments in order reduce Production Staffing.
Quality Manager 19952007 Pure Energy Battery Amherst, NS
- Developed the Quality Testing Program at Pure Energy.
- Headed up the ISO program development and certification to ISO 9000- 2000 in Nov 2001.
- Coordinated and reported on R&D projects concerning battery performance improvements and leak tightness integrity.
